A Solution for America
The Key for the USA is to MAKE THINGS!
The following trade strategy proposed by the New Hope for America Foundation, is the basis for the "Made in America Project". This strategy requires action by the US Congress to enact it into policy.
Once enacted, America will once again become the worlds economic leader by producing investments and growth in US manufacturing that create wealth. Then the destructive trends of importing nearly everything, massive trade deficits, consuming our wealth, and the selling off of America will stop! The benefits are far reaching.
The New Hope for America Foundation will be lobbying for this new legislation once we have the support and resources in place. Join our army of people fighting for this new trade strategy and FAIR free trade.
The proposed trade strategy summarized below would do the following:
- stop tainted and dangerous Chinese imports from harming Americans (since US manufacturing quality control would stop it)
- create Millions of good paying manufacturing jobs
- provide the environment for the growth of manufacturing in the United States.
- stimulate extraordinary U.S. growth and entrepreneurship
- make unfair trade practices of foreign governments irrelevant
- eliminate U.S. reliance on imports for our military and weapons systems
- help eliminate U.S. reliance on foreign oil
- levels the playing field for U.S. manufacturers to survive
- allow U.S.to eliminate all tariffs & other "no longer needed" protectionism
- create many more profound benefits for the United States

The essence of our proposed trade strategy is this:
"Products are allowed to be imported into the U.S.A. ONLY through U.S. manufacturers of the same types of products."

How will this solution influence prices?
This solution will help end US reliance on foreign oil!
And, even if:
- labor costs are 94% less in China than in the U.S.- there are no EPA or OSHA type standards in Asia
- child labor is on the rise in China
- the Chinese currency continued to be “tied” to the U.S. dollar
- the Chinese are “dumping” products in the U.S.
- or if a variety of other anti-competitive factors exist beyond U.S. control that had previously contributed to China’s absolute advantage.……….
These factors could not take away the ability for U.S. manufacturers to compete on the new “level playing field” that would be created by this “fair” free trade strategy.
This trade strategy would create an environment that would allow the power of market forces to manifest fair wages in Communist China and other trade nations , and would then create the global competitive environment for "fair" free trade.
