Outsourcing Weapon Systems

WHY WOULD WE DO THAT?

Outsource weapon systems? How could Congress allow that to happen?

We have lost control of our military related manufacturing to the point that we need a specially appointed commission to recommend to our government that we determine the country of origin of components in our weapon systems.

Why?

Components are made wherever defense contractors can find the lowest wages!

Defense contractors have an obligation to their shareholders to create shareholder value. Thus they look for lower prices for parts in places like Communist China where there is an absolute advantage and wages are 94% lower.

Once outsourcing starts with one contractor, the need to be able to compete causes this game to escalate throughout the industry.

Today, virtually all U.S. defense contractors outsource parts to Communist China and other low cost nations.

The U.S. industrial base is rapidly deteriorating as we rely on foreign nations to supply America.

However, there is great risk if our Communist and other trade “partners” cut off supplies to the U.S. when a major military conflict emerges.

BUT HOW COULD OUR GOVERNMENT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN -ESPECIALLY IN THE DEFENSE INDUSTRY?

U.S. defense contractors are outsourcing parts for U.S. weapons to the country that has been stealing our weapons technology and plans on building the biggest military in history - COMMUNIST CHINA!
